1. Introduction

Welcome to our Skill Training Program for Green Hydrogen and Solar Engineering. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2.No Refund Policy

2.1. All fees paid for the Skill Training Program are non-refundable.

2.2. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal, cancellation, or failure to complete the course.

3.No Job Guarantee Policy

3.1. Enrollment in and completion of the Skill Training Program do not guarantee employment or job placement.

3.2. We do not provide any assurances or warranties regarding job opportunities post-completion of the course.

4.Course Content

4.1. The course content is designed to meet industry needs and standards for Green Hydrogen and Solar Engineering.

4.2. The curriculum includes theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and industry-relevant training.

 4.3. Course content is subject to change at the discretion of the training provider to ensure relevance and up-to-date industry practices.

5.Industry Suitability

5.1. Our training program is tailored to equip candidates with the skills and knowledge best suited for current industry demands in Green Hydrogen and Solar Engineering.

 5.2. The program aims to prepare candidates for real-world applications and industry-specific challenges.

6.Safety and Insurance

6.1. Safety is a top priority during classes, laboratory sessions, and site visits.

 6.2. Candidates are responsible for their own safety and must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the training staff.

6.3. Candidates are required to have their own insurance covering accidents, health, and any other potential risks during the training period.

7.Candidate’s Insurance and Safety Responsibilities

7.1. Each candidate must procure and maintain valid insurance covering health, accidents, and any other potential risks associated with the training program.

7.2. The training provider is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that occur during classes, laboratory work, or site visits.

7.3. Candidates must follow all safety protocols and use protective equipment as directed by the training staff.

8.Right to Change Training Schedule

8.1. The training provider reserves the right to change the training schedule, including dates, times, and venues, as deemed necessary.

 8.2. Candidates will be notified of any changes to the training schedule as soon as possible.

8.3. Changes to the training schedule will not be a valid reason for a refund or cancellation of enrollment.

9.Liability Waiver

9.1. By enrolling in the program, candidates agree to waive any claims against the training provider for any injury, accident, or loss incurred during the training period.

9.2. The training provider is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the course of the training.

10.Code of Conduct

10.1. Candidates are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the training program.

10.2. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to harassment, cheating, or disruptive behavior, will result in immediate expulsion from the program without a refund.

11.Intellectual Property

11.1. All course materials provided during the training program are the intellectual property of the training provider.
